Shit happens. Here’s how we avoid a workplace (or at home) meltdown.

  1. Take deep breaths--seriously. Long inhale. Long exhale. 3 times. 

  2. Always carry an essential oil in your bag. Put a couple drops on your wrist and breath in. Here are our favorites: click Here & Here & Here

  3. Take a stroll around the block/office/house... wherever. 

  4. Lay down and put your feet up the wall. (There’s science to this. It’s deeply relaxing. It calms the nervous system. Etc. etc.)

  5. Pour yourself some tea/coffee/wine/tequila---or all of the above, no judgments. 

Mental health is wealth.
